The world’s largest single varietal wine event is ZAP Wine Festival in San Francisco, January 26-28, 2012. The Wine Folly crew will be there, so look forward to some detailed coverage and embarrassing purple-toothed antics. With hundreds of member producers, the selections will be daunting, so we are designing a game plan of can’t-miss wines to taste when we’re there.
